Neuro Coach

At Next Step Neuro Coach our mission is to support neurodivergent individuals and families by developing personalized strategies for everyday life, building self-confidence, and strengthening executive functioning skills. Through compassionate coaching, use of practical tools, and goal-focused support, clients learn how to navigate routines, transitions, school or work demands, and emotional regulation one step at a time. Our approach is strengths-based, individualized, and designed to empower growth and increase independence.

Hi I'm Hannah!

I’m the heart and brain behind Next Step Neuro Coach LLC. I’m a wife, a mother to three amazing kiddos, a late-diagnosed neurodivergent, and I have found my life's purpose in helping others learn and grow.

I hold a dual bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. I am licensed in the State of Washington to teach K–12th grade Special Education and K–5th grade General Education. Outside of my NSNC coaching time I also work as a public school special education para-educator.

Over the years, I’ve worked with children of all abilities in a variety of settings, including early learning centers, childcare facilities, elementary and middle school special education classrooms, and as an inclusion mentor with Vancouver Parks and Recreation.

My passion for this work comes from seeing firsthand how much can change when neurodivergent individuals and their families are met with support, understanding, and encouragement instead of frustration or misjudgment for the way their (or their child's) brain works.

Both my personal journey and

professional experiences have shaped the compassionate, individualized approach I bring to my clients. I believe in meeting individuals where they are and supporting meaningful progress, one step at a time.

These photos might seem a little unusual for a professional website, but they capture something important about my approach to life and work (especially with young kiddos). I believe there is room for both serious growth and silly, joyful moments. Some of the strongest connections are built through creativity, laughter, and a genuine desire to connect with others. The costumes may be silly, but the purpose behind them has always been the same: helping people feel comfortable, engaged, supported, and seen.

Services are provided through individualized coaching sessions focused on practical strategies, executive functioning skills, emotional support, accountability, and achievable next steps.
